inspectors timer

bought this as an inspectors timing device, dont know much about it ,any information would be welcome. It is a small hand held timer with a finger hole at the back. It has on/off on the top and two small key holes underneath.
Some of the destinations on the roll are Kingston, Long ditton, Thames ditton, Esher, Westend, Cobham, Ripley Ockham, and others
