According to Allan Condie this machine worked on car parks for Eastbourne Council and was modified by Jack Yaxley. The holes for the cancelling punch have been professionally filled. It is a low value machine from 0.00 to 1.15. Have fitted some new parts and cleaned it up. Note the one piece value dial.
